1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
1.2 If you are under the applicable age, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
1.3 You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement or that your parent/guardian is doing so for you.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 Some features may require you to create an account via Google, Apple, or other supported providers.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
2.4 Notify us immediately at sudoku.global@sparteum.com of any unauthorized use or security breach.
2.5 We reserve the right to disable, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service.
3. License to Use the Service
3.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Service on compatible devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.2 You may not: Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service (except as expressly permitted). Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code. 4. In-App Purchases, Virtual Currency, and Virtual Items
4.1 The Service may offer virtual currency (coins) and virtual items (hints and auto notes) that can be earned or purchased via in-app purchases ("IAPs").
4.2 Virtual currency and virtual items: Have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, goods, or services outside the Service. Are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or traded outside official in-app mechanics. Are provided on a limited license basis; you do not acquire ownership. May be modified, managed, or removed by us at our discretion, subject to applicable law. Are non-refundable except as required by law.
4.3 All purchases are processed through third-party platforms Google Play, Apple App Store. Refunds, if any, are governed by those platforms' policies and applicable law.
4.4 We may change prices, offerings, or availability of virtual currency/items at any time.
5. Advertising and Third-Party Services
5.1 The Service may display advertisements and include links or integrations to third-party services.
5.2 Your interactions with advertisers or third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.
5.3 We may use analytics and crash-reporting tools to improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. User Content and Conduct
6.1 "User Content" means any content you submit, post, upload, or transmit through the Service, including usernames, profile pictures, avatars, feedback, support messages, and any other user-generated material.
6.2 You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, display, perform, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
6.3 You represent and warrant that: You own or have all necessary rights to your User Content. Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

Promotes discrimination, self-harm, or illegal activities. Contains malware, viruses, spam, or deceptive links. Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation.
6.5 We may (but are not obligated to) monitor, review, edit, or remove User Content at our sole discretion, without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and compilations) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7.2 Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7.3 "Sudoku Global" and related names, logos, and brand elements are trademarks of [Sparteum] or its licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
8. Termination and Suspension
8.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without cause or notice, to the extent permitted by law.
8.2 Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.
